PRE-LICENSE
An
individual seeking a REAL ESTATE SALESPERSON'S license in
Pennsylvania must successfully complete two specific 30-hour courses: Real
Estate Fundamentals and Real Estate Practice.
These
courses are taught in two locations:
 Camp Hill,
Tuesday and Thursday evenings, 5:30
p.m. - 10:30 p.m.
Waynesboro, Monday and Wednesday evenings,
5:30 p.m. - 10:30 p.m.
The
classes are also given in a weekend format at:
Camp
Hill-Friday evening, 5:30 - 10:30 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday 9:00
a.m. - 3:00 p.m. for two weekends for each course.

Estate Campground Membership
This
course is designed to acquaint the student with the basic theory of
Campground Membership and sales procedures as well as fair housing laws
and the ethical behavior expected in a time share transaction.
