Students are encouraged to register early, since each class size is limited. The Registration Form included on each Schedules\Register page may be used and must be filled out completely. Or, you may register by calling The Institute of Real Estate Studies at (717) 975-8825 or (877) 290-3711.

A deposit of $50 per course is required upon registration. Deposits are non-refundable, but may be applied to another one of our courses, if taken within six months of receipt of deposit.

No tuition will be refunded after the first class.

Submit your registration form (found on the bottom of each Schedules\Register page) and mail in your deposit to:

Courses that lack the minimum number of students required to conduct the class may be cancelled at the discretion of the Institute of Real Estate Studies. Should this situation occur, all funds paid by students are fully refundable or may be applied to another course.
