Appraiser Certification and Continuing Education

All courses may be used for broker credit and the elective portion
of continuing education for brokers and salespersons.
Class Times are 8:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. except for Real
Estate Law which is 5:30 P.M. - 9:00 P.M.
Students
are encouraged to register early, since each class size is limited.
The Registration Form included here may be used and must be filled
out completely. Or, you may register by calling The Institute
of Real Estate Studies at (717) 975-8825 or (877) 290-3711.
A deposit of $50 per course is required upon registration.
Deposits are non-refundable, but may be applied to another one
of our courses, if taken within six months of receipt of deposit.
No
tuition will be refunded after the first class.
