Students are encouraged to register early. Due to limited class sizes for Continuing Education courses, online registration for these classes will be confirmed by the Institute of Real Estate Studies and payment arrangements made at that time.

Tuition of $70 per 7-hour course is required upon registration. Tuition is non-refundable, but may be applied to another one of our courses, if taken within six months of receipt of tuition.

Tuition for Continuing Education classes is non-refundable.
